Refund policy

Exchange/Return Policy

All exchange/returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We accept only items that have not been worn, washed, altered, and must have labels and tags attached (any items not meeting these requirements will not be eligible for return, refund or clothing items will not be returned). 

Please be advised that gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or credit.

For returns, please allow up to five business days to ensure conditions are met. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method initially used for the purchase.

Please include the original invoice or invoice number, your name and the reason for the exchange/returns. We recommend you use a trackable postage option, so that we can track your items on their way back to us. Purchases shipped to the USA will be final sale.

As our inventory is limited, we are unable to hold items for an exchange. If mailing an item back for an exchange, we suggest placing a new order online to secure your desired item. If the new item you are looking to exchange is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options or issue a refund for the item. 

Damaged/Defective Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact info@saltleisurewear.com so we can get you a replacement item.
